Having a consistent workout routine has helped me stay focused and motivated throughout my fitness journey. On chest and tricep days, I focus on exercises such as bench press, push-ups, and cable exercises. For back and biceps, I do pull-ups, rows, and dumbbell curls. I also dedicate time to leg workouts because they are important for overall strength and balance. Cardio sessions help me improve my stamina and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
